- I am a mom to two wonderful children, Dayton who is 17 and Myah who is 7, that we adopted from Hubei,China in June '06. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Mark for 19 years.

Well, I just read every word you (& Mark) have written about one of the most special days on your life! I cried, and felt your joy and excitement. I don't think it will ever dim... the memories of that moment. You will, I am sure, remember it in vivid color, when you are old and feeble. Your words captured it perfectly.
ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL!!!!! She is beautiful and she has changed so much but still looks the same-- if that makes sense. BEAUTIFUL!!!

How wonderful to read all of this now since I did not have the pleasure of knowing you then. You know I am taking a break but I was thinking about you and your family and your Dad. So glad I came over here and read all of these beautiful sentiments. I love the then and now photos:) They are truly beautiful.

Love the pictures!! What a fun trip down memory lane. I just read all of the posts, and they each brought tears to my eyes. That was such an incredible time for all of us. I'm so glad that we had each other to share it with. We had a great time celebrating referral day with you guys yesterday!! I really feel like you guys are a part of our family. We are all so blessed by the relationships made through our girls' adoptions. What a privilege it is to be their parents. We love you guys!!!

OK - Bad friend here just catching up on you!!!! These pictures are so PRECIOUS!!!! Honestly, I want to visit so you can take the pics of my girls by that lovely building! You have captured the essence of a child that has traveled a journey full of love in these photos!
