Grandma Phyllis got Myah butterfly larve for her birthday and they hatched over the weekend, during the party we released them into the wild. -5.jpg)
Today was Myah's 5th Birthday Party with her friends. I had it at our home, I am old fashioned that way, in my backyard garden. I have to thank my sister Melanie and my hubby for helping me put this on, things have been so crazy busy around here with Dayton's surgery and all. Last week he received a plate and screws in his tibia and 5 days of hospital stay. He is propped up in our family room and has a walker and a wheelchair, although he mostly stays off the leg until Friday when we meet again with his surgeon. So with all of the nursing going on around here Myah's party kind of got thrown together quickly. Thankfully the girls enjoyed themselves and the weather was perfect. Thanks to lots of tissue flowers, fresh peonies and cute cupcakes, her party turned out beautiful. It was so nice to have friends over for Myah, she has been a bit stir crazy with all of the sitting around the house going on, she actually fell asleep at dinner eating her pizza, we finally wore her out!!

Beautiful pictures! She is gorgeous! So glad to hear Dayton is recovering. What a tough thing for a young man (and his family) to deal with. Prayers for a short recovery.

That does not look like one thrown together party!!! I was going to say you and Kim are raising the bar for beautiful celebrations... I have Sienna and Ruby just 11 days apart in July... I LOVED your flowers and decorations... And that first photo of Myah is truly breathtaking!!!!
